Services Description

  • Pestkee provides professional pest control services for residential and commercial properties in Arizona.
  • Our services include inspection, treatment, prevention, and ongoing maintenance for various pests including scorpions, termites, spiders, rodents, ants, bees, and other common Arizona pests.
  • Service availability, methods, and products used may vary based on location, pest type, and property conditions.
  • All services are performed by licensed and trained pest control professionals.

Service Appointments

  • Appointment times are estimates and may vary based on prior job completion, traffic, and weather conditions.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delays.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information about the service location, pest concerns, and any relevant property conditions.
  • Someone 18 years of age or older must be present at the time of service or provide access to the property.
  • For exterior-only services, access to the property perimeter must be provided.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in service fees.

Property Access and Preparation

  • You are responsible for providing safe and clear access to all areas requiring treatment.
  • Please remove or cover food, dishes, and pet bowls before interior treatments.
  • Aquariums and fish tanks should be covered and air pumps turned off during treatment.
  • Please notify us of any pets, children, or individuals with health sensitivities.
  • We are not responsible for damage to items left in treatment areas that should have been removed or covered.

Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing is provided during your free estimate and is based on property size, pest type, and treatment requirements.
  • Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), checks, and cash.
  • For recurring service plans, payment will be charged according to the billing cycle specified in your service agreement.
  • Returned checks or declined payments may result in additional fees and suspension of services.

Service Guarantee

  • All services are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
  • If you see live pests covered under your service agreement between scheduled treatments, contact us and we will provide a free follow-up treatment.
  • The guarantee applies only to pests specifically covered under your service agreement.
  • The guarantee requires that you maintain your scheduled service appointments and follow any recommended preparation or prevention guidelines.
  • The guarantee does not cover new pest infestations resulting from structural changes, new construction, or conditions beyond our control.

Limitations of Liability

  • Pestkee provides services using industry-standard methods and EPA-approved products, but we cannot guarantee complete elimination of all pests in all circumstances.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage, pest damage that occurred before our treatment, or damage caused by pests after treatment if recommended follow-up services were declined.

Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pestkee, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
  • This includes claims arising from your failure to provide accurate information, follow preparation guidelines, or maintain safe property conditions.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pestkee and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Termination

  • You may cancel recurring services at any time by providing written notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for non-payment, unsafe property conditions, or violation of these terms.
  • Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of services already rendered.

Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
  • If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
