How is termite baiting different from liquid termite treatment?

Residential plans start at $65 per month on a quarterly schedule and $75 per month on a bi-monthly schedule. What's the difference between quarterly and bi-monthly?
Quarterly service means four treatments per year. That's the right fit for most homes with moderate pest pressure. Does scorpion exclusion come with a warranty?
